This expansion for The Settlers of Catan tends to be loved for the way it opens up a whole new range of possibilities. From sailing out into the unknown (upside down hexes) to the new gold hex and pirates this expansion brings a whole new dimension.
Very easy to teach to anyone familiar with the original settlers, it really is a lovely addition to your collection!
The bit we loved is the fact that a ship costs a sheep and a wood - apparently the vikings had woollen sales..??!!
