World Games
Designed originally in New Zealand by Bruce Hatherley, Poleconomy was first available in New Zealand and Australian editions, and then later exported to South Africa, the United Kingdom (edition one), Canada and then the second edition for the United Kingdom.
The game plays around the relationship between Government and Business and what affects they have on each other in a democratic society. The game had two modes of play and was generally consider superior to Monopoly.

Poleconomy maintains somewhat of a cult following and is remembered with fondness by those who were lucky enough to own a copy. These days they are hard to get hold of, especially as full sets. The Games therefore has taken it on itself to buy as many of these part sets as they can find and create full sets. If you have a part set of Poleconomy or want a full set, then get in touch with us and be part of the Poleconomy legacy.
